Product arrived rapid and in excellent condition. I was pleased with this unit and liked the functions it had when compared with Emerson's similarly priced unit. Yet, the microphone volume would not perform, and we had been unable to adjust it, so it could not be heard over the music. I am returning the unit - more than likely this was just a fluke in this distinct one particular.

Not a poor item, the mic volume is not the best unless plugged into the television, and the machine it's self is definitely loud. I had a karaoke machine from sears a couple years ago for half the price tag which was better quality, BUT for kids or somebody not to significant about singing this is an alright product. Terrific for DVDs though! And extremely rapid shipping.
