Client Evaluations
All vocopro Items that I have owned have been returned practically immediately for the reason that they don't operate at all! I got a Vocopro as a gift for my birthday and it did not function at all (it was the only name brand carried at the local retailer at the time). I had to return four of them and finally the retailer has stopped carrying it. Beneficial Riddance! I'm going to take back the most up-to-date 1 and just get my funds back.... The manager of the place said that these get returned at a rather hight percentage! A guy was on the phone upset because his did not function when I was processing the return/exchange. I'm going to order one particular on the amazon webpage that gets decent evaluations.
I know of 3 GigStar Pros sold in my compact town. ALL have had the similar failure. The LCD display reads "no disk". WHY IS THIS NOT A RECALL. I Can't Think about THIS HASN'T Happened TO Other folks. Vocopro suggested upgrading to the HERO, but provided a paltry tradein. If mine fails once even more I'll use it as a boat anchor and decide to buy one other company's product. The units need to have to be returned to a service center to be repaired. Expensive shipping each approaches. Forget the service center. Ship to headquarters for significantly more rapidly service. Operates terrific....when it functions.
